Canpolino.com is an online store that offers specially designed clothing and different products for babies (0-10 years old) and mothers (18-40 years old). All products are produced uniquely after the order is placed.
Orders & Fulfillment
All products are printed and shipped after an order is confirmed and paid in full. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have entered production (typically within 2 hours of purchase). Since each product is made-to-order, slight variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inch) may occur and will not be considered defects.
Prices & Payments
All prices are listed in USD (unless stated otherwise) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payments must be completed at checkout through the available payment gateways. Canpolino.com is not responsible for any additional fees charged by banks, credit card providers, or currency conversion rates.
Shipping & Delivery

Please note that incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer may result in failed delivery. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs or may request a partial refund.

Returns & Refunds

- No returns or exchanges are accepted for wrong size, color, or change of mind.
- Due to hygiene and safety regulations, baby and children’s clothing cannot be returned once worn or tried on.
- Refunds or replacements are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed items, provided claims are submitted within 10 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Intellectual Property
All content on Canpolino.com, including but not limited to logos, graphics, product designs, and text, is the intellectual property of Canpolino and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
Designs uploaded by customers (if applicable for personalization) remain the property of the customer, but Canpolino retains the right to use them strictly for fulfilling the order.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website’s functionality.
- Submit false claims or misuse the refund process.
